Captions complaint on premium subscription live tv

I had some premium subscriptions with live tv channels like AMC+, Epix, Starz, Showtimes, and Cinemax. I have to my complaints about captions aren’t appearing because I have hearing implant due profoundly hearing loss became deaf. I know ASL, captions are an interpreter of text when deaf and HoH people can read on tv screen by hearing people can speaking with voices in under American with Disabilities Act Laws required all live tv channels. I already enabled captions under Roku devices settings have nothing. Can I helping?

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
