Help & troubleshooting for channels on your Roku device, including adding/removing channels, logging in to, authenticating, or activating a channel, channel-specific playback issues, assistance contacting channel publishers to report issues, and adjusting channel-specific settings.
I've just got my Roku Premiere and I'm unable to get NowTV, BBC iPlayer, ITV Hub, All 4 or My 5 I have searched the channel list and cant find them anywhere but it is advertised on the box so why can I get them
Those all appear to be sites in the UK. Where are you located?
Roku units work anywhere in the world where they can get a broadband internet connection, independent of where they are purchased. The individual channels, however can only operate where their charters, program rights, and licensing issues permit them to operate.
Few channels own the programming they show. Most have to license the right to stream their content from the program owners, and those rights are usually tied to specific countries or geographic regions. Sometimes even the program owners can't distribute in a country because they've sold exclusive rights in that country to someone else.
To receive the channels on your Roku that are authorized for your current location these must all agree: - The country of the IP used when creating your Roku account. If you've moved from the country in which you created your account, you may need to create a new one in your present location, then link your Roku to the new account. - The country of the IP used for your current Roku session. - The countries in which each channel app operates.

I am also having these issues but on a Roku Express, standard home WiFi, set up in UK based in UK can't find the UK specific channels. I did access the secret menu 5x home, 3x FF 2x RW and it says my channel server is a US one but won't let me cycle through servers to find the UK channel server.
