A few days ago I rented movies from the movie store. No issues. Last night, attempted to rent 2 more and when I get to where you enter your pin to rent, it wont allow me to get into the keypad. I can only scroll up and down. How do I fix this?
If you haven't rebooted your Roku recently, you might try that. You could also try using the Roku app if you have an iOS or Android device. The app allows you to use a virtual keyboard to enter stuff.
I've never used a PIN on my account, so not familiar with the on-screen functions.
I restarted a few times. I'll try the app. It's weird because I just entered the pin 3 days ago. I've been doing it for a year. Suddenly it doesn't work.
Yep, weird. Sounds like that channel may have had an update and they broke something. Unless it's The Roku Channel, it wasn't done by Roku themselves.

Well, it's their channel. So if the PIN keypad isn't appearing, they broke something with an update.
I called fandango and they said it's roku's issue. The pin pad shows up but I cant get to it. Wont let me type. Only scrolls up and down.
I get this far and I cant type in the pin.
Have you tried all the buttons on the remote - left/right, up/down, FF/Rew, OK?
I've tried everything! This is so annoying. Still waiting for an email from roku.
