Each channel owner decides in which regions its channel may be used. If HBO is now making HBO GO available in the Philippines, it will have to add this allowed region to its channel app for the Roku in order for the Roku to download and install it.

This is HBO Go's reply. There seems to be a communication problem between HBO Go and Roku.

Please allow us to share that HBO GO is not supported on Roku.
