Cannot get Spectrum app to load

I feel I have tried everything to get this to load. I have redownload,  signed in numerous time and I cannot get past the loading of the app. What else can I do?

Thanks for the update.

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.

If the issue remains unresolved, I'd recommend reaching out to Spectrum directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform are developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist. If other channels are working correctly, and you only experience this issue on the Spectrum channel (app), that is likely an indication that the issue lies within that particular channel. In these cases, the channel provider will need to investigate the issue in order to help resolve it.

Same here. Alot of apps. NBC Sports, Fox Sports, ESPN, Amazon prime, spectrum, etc. 

I'm guessing daylight savings issue or something.

Mine has been occurring for a few weeks now. Not sure what else I can do.

Sorry, Danny, but I contacted Spectrum directly and all they could say was to contact Roku.  Perhaps it would be more helpful if you contacted Spectrum, speak their language, and find out what the problem really is.  I agree with you, if only Spectrum is not working, that points a finger at the Spectrum App.  But Spectrum is refusing to accept that fact with just a complaint from a user.
