Help & troubleshooting for channels on your Roku device, including adding/removing channels, logging in to, authenticating, or activating a channel, channel-specific playback issues, assistance contacting channel publishers to report issues, and adjusting channel-specific settings.
Channels on Roku are maintained by the channel provider themselves. We suggest reaching out to the channel's customer support team to report the issue and get help. There's likely an issue within that specific channel that needs to be addressed with an update from them.
Thanks, but didn't work. Deleted, then turned off, then tried update, then tried system restore. Not sure what to try next.
Several points of clarification:
You have't mentioned your Roku model, model number, and Roku software version. You can find this information via Roku menu path Settings > System > About. As different models have different capabilities, sometimes this information makes a difference.
You say you "turn off" before reinstalling the channel. Unless you're doing this by pulling the power plug, this isn't the same thing as a full system restart. See the system restart menu path in my previous post.
In the 5 Rokus I've had over the years, I've never seen a Roku option called "system restore". There have been several models issued since my newest, and I haven't yet received the update to Roku software 10.5, so this might be a new addition I suppose. If not an actual "system restore" option, what did you mean you did?

It's an RCA Roku set, 3400 version built-into set, cannot remove. Had no issues then suddenly cannot access. May be age of set (abt 5 yrs). Unfortunately I was unable to 'upgrade' with a 4K+ device and had to return it.
I'll check into the QVC/HSN site to see if my set can no longer handle their data stream.
