Cannot get PSVue one one of our devices

We have 2 ROKU devices and cannot get the PSVue channel to play on one of them. We switched them to make sure it is the device and not another issue.

Hi there, 

Thanks for the note. Have you contacted PlayStation VUE support yet to report the issue and request support with their channel (app) on the Roku platform? 

As far as your Roku device, we can recommend trying to remove the channel from the Roku Home screen, then restart your player from Settings>System>System restart. Once the device starts up again, add the channel back once more. 

If that doesn't help resolve the issue, you'll need to follow up with the channel developer (PlayStation VUE) directly for any additional support and troubleshooting. Each channel provider builds and maintains their channel on the Roku platform, and can best assist with any issues you may encounter.

I wouldn't worry about it much. Sony is shutting it down at the end of January:

"There will soon be one less competitor in the over-the-top Internet TV race. Sony Interactive Entertainment on Tuesday announced intentions to shut down the PlayStation Vue streaming service on January 30, 2020. A sale of the service was previously rumored but simply shutting it down seems like the worst-case scenario."
