This used to work, but now usually does not. Trying to exit Direct TV Now brings up Exit---Cancel but neither responds to any button. Sometimes the only way to get out is to pull the power plug on the Roku.....THIS IS EXTREMELY ANNOYING!!!!!
This issue is all over the forums............. Issue now for weeks. Unable to sign-out properly on the DirecTvNow App on all Roku devices. Attempt to sign-out and it shows the menu to exit or cancel but is not functional. Must just exit Roku to the main menu. Have uninstalled and reinstalled, rebooted all three Roku devices and issue continues. Only App on Roku device that will not allow you to properly exit their App. Any one else experiencing this issue??? Do not need any replies stating they are not having this issue..
