Cannot add channel on express+ or Roku3. Says installed on web.
Used to have Philo installed last year. Removed it. Trying to add it to new express+ and I get 'cannot add channel'. Went online and it says that the app is installed. Plugged in old Roku 3 and channel is not there. Tried to add it, says same thing 'cannot add channel'. How do I get it installed on express+
