I recently got a new Roku TV and I was able to set up and add all the channels I wanted except Netflix. I keep getting a channel install failed message. I have updated my system and have unplugged my TV for a period of time. When I go onto the ROKU website it says Netflix is already installed on my tv which is not. Can anyone please help?
