Cannot add Channels

Cannot add channels to TV. I've read other posts where the solution was either to check for system update, factory reset, etc...

None work. The problem was first noticed 2 days ago when channels would not open (Youtube TV, Hulu, Netlix).

I tried to restart TV = no.

Then uninstall and reinstall channels = it would say channel has been removed, but it was still there.

Factory reset = all channels fail to install.

 

Suggestions????

Apparently it's due to the latest update to 9.4.0 build 4190. My TVs have been useless for almost two weeks. Youtube TV miraculously started working on my Ultra today out of the blue. I've tried everything. Still can't open 80% of my apps on my TCL tv though.
