Cannot Access Qello on Roku Channel app on my computer

I signed up for a free trial of Qello. I used my Roku account to sign up for it. It works great on my Roku device. The subscription shows on my Roku account. However, if I go to play a Qello video from within the Roku app that I'm signed into on my computer, it asks me to register for a trial. Seems as if it's not recognizing I'm already registered.

Any ideas? Thanks.
