Can you provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? What exactly are you seeing? What Roku device model are you using?

Paying for a channel that comes up fatal error it’s cancelled due still paying for this month
What is the app?
What is the Roku device? Settings > System > About
Model and Software version
Describe the problem. Note that these two examples are not the same and should be described differently:
Example 1:
Select WidgetTV app. Press OK. After two seconds, screen goes black with a box stating "Fatal error. Try again."
Example 2:
Select WidgetTV app. Press OK. App launches. Select video to play. Screen goes black with a box stating "Fatal error. Try again."
We need at least that level of detail to replicate the issue to troubleshoot.
