All of a sudden we can't watch the Roku channel, Disney + or Hulu. There are a few other's as well. When I click on the Icon it acts like it's going to go to the channel but then goes back to the menu screen in our living room. In the bedroom there are no icons at all so we can't select anything. This happened on the first of January. I tried unplugging it and then plug it back in but it didn't work. It's strange because we can watch Sling, Prime, ect. with no problem.
