Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.
I have the same issue on my Roku 3 and I did all of that (removed the channel, updated, restarted, added the channel back on) still didn’t work. And I can *see* the line up of shows that I was just watching on my iPad!! Just whenever I click on the show, it says video not available. And Ihave super fast internet. Need help please.
