Can’t see most recent episodes Discovery+

Can’t see most recent episodes of Ghost Adventures on Discovery+ Season 25.  I saw some of the episodes a week or so ago and now they are not there. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I also tried clearing my Roku Express cache by pressing home x5 up x1 then back x2 then forward x2 but nothing happened. They say it should restart. Please let me know if I didn’t do that correctly or any suggestions.

I can view these missing episodes on my phone app just not on my tv

Re: Can’t see most recent episodes Discovery+

Content issues with apps/services are the domain of the service - you need to contact Discovery+ about this:

Re: Can’t see most recent episodes Discovery+

I have been in contact with them for days and they’ve been trying to help to no avail. If I can see the new episodes on my Discovery+ phone app but not through my Roku tv device it seems like a Roku problem. ?????

is there a way to clear the cache or not?  If so how precisely please. Thank you!

Re: Can’t see most recent episodes Discovery+

@reeasley1

You didnt mention your Roku model # or firmware version (Settings/System/About) or app version (highlight the app and press Options (*) on the remote).

Restarting clears the cache:  Settings/System/System restart/Restart

But if you are going to do that, you should reinstall Discovery+ (if you havent already):

1) Remove the Discovery+ app (Highlight the app, press the Options (*) button on the remote, then Remove)

2) RESTART the Roku (Settings/System/System restart/Restart) <-- MUST DO THIS HERE!!!

3) Re-install the Discovery+  app

(If you dont restart after removal, settings/cached data associated with the app are left behind and it wont be a clean re-install)
