Hi, I contacted you a couple of weeks ago. I can't connect to AMC and FNC, at least. I put my code on the sign in page. It says it is connected but it is not. I am not the only one with this problem. I just talked to someone from Mexico who has the same problem. I was told before to contact the App companies. I used the * button and only got a canned comment. I sent it twice, no answer. PLEASE look into this problem.
Please be aware that both AMC and Fox News Channel require a TV Cable Provider subscription to log in and view their full content.
If you are having issues authenticating your TV cable provider login information, we would recommend reaching out directly to those channel providers as they would be the best to assist you. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
