I have been able to load every app using the internet activate website with my phone.  When I try and add the Bein Sports app I enter the activation code and put in my provider (I subscribe to both Dish and Spectrum) it takes me to the log in page for both of those but when i try and log in it takes me to a file not found error page.  When I have done this with every other app I get a success page and a working app. Contacting Bein directly was useless.

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
