Here is how to fix it.

Go to the Prime Video website and click on the gear Icon on the far right and choose settings

Under Accounts & Settings click on Your Devices

Deregister your Roku device

Relaunch the Prime video on your Roku device.

You will be prompted to login and given a code to enter at amazon.com/mytv

This should resolve the issue.

I have read that this might have to do with Prime Video implementing profiles.
