I am having the same problem on 2 Roku devices, it was working fine yesterday. Prime works fine on my mobile devices. I’ve followed all troubleshooting steps, all other apps on Roku work just fine. It is frustrating paying for a service which is not working as it is intended to. Come on Roku and or Amazon, fix it or at least acknowledge that this is an issue and that you are working on it.

Looks like mine is working. I just had to register the tv again with the code and sign in
Have deleted, restarted, and reinstalled the app. It will not load just returns to home screen like everyone else.

Mine just started working as the Amazon Prime customer service answered my call. She did say that Amazon was having some IT issues.
Same issue on Roku Express+ cannot load prime, it returns me to the home screen
However, works fine on Roku Premier

Echo that here : Roku TVs working fine, but Roku stand alone prime goes to home screen.
Just spoke to Amazon. They say it's on Roku's end.
