Can't install muffin knight or frisbee forever

Hello, I have a Roku 2 with a gaming remote, and a few years back I purchased the kids game pack which includes rope rescue, downhill bowling 2, muffin knight, and frisbee forever. I am able to install rope rescue and downhill bowling 2, but if I try to install muffin knight or frisbee forever I get an error: Channel install failed. Could not add (name of game). Error. Can you please help me solve this issue, because these games used to work fine but after I uninstalled them to free up space, I keep getting this error.

I'm guessing they are no longer available for download. You should tell Roku you want a refund, but this forum isn't the best place to do that.
Yeah, I got some Rokus.

I suppose. The thing that i'm confused about is the fact that they show up in the roku store, and usually unavailable channels do not.

And the games are right here: https://channelstore.roku.com/details/10365/muffin-knight

so it must just be my roku.

That's strange.. I don't have a Roku 2 XD to test it on, and I haven't purchased those games, so i can't help you. Maybe it's something Roku can fix on their end.
Yeah, I got some Rokus.

Oh, and another observation i've made...

Only these two games require a pin to install and nothing else does....

Have you set a PIN for your Roku? Roku did not force this originally. If you do not have a PIN set you cannot install paid applications because the default is always require a PIN. You can change this to not require a PIN but you must create a PIN first. Then change the setting to never use it to install a paid channel. This is likely your issue.

Oh well that makes sense why the pin is required. I wasn't aware of that.
That's still not the solution to my problem though. I know what my roku pin is, and when it starts the installation process, that's when the error occurs.
