For years I have used the PTZtv app which was free.  Recently the app developer did away with that app implemented a new app called PTZtv One which is no longer free.   When I download the new PTZtv One app, it says it is downloading the new PTZtv One app. However,  when I open the app, it is the old PTZtv app which does not work and according to the developer, does not even exist anymore.  The developer told me they cannot help and they have no idea why it keeps downloading the old app rather than the new app.

What's the model number of your Roku from Settings->System->About.  Some of the older models are no longer supported.

Yep, that's pretty old and no longer receiving updates.  Sorry.
