I would think a factory reset would accomplish the same thing as the "clear the cache" routine, but give it a try anyway. Using your remote, press Home 5 times, Up once, Rewind (<<) twice, and FF (>>) twice. If you did it correctly your Roku will appear to lock up and then reboot. Let us know if it worked or not.
