Can't add channels after recent software update - Roku 3
I received an email about a Roku software update last week and when I went to use my Roku3 all of my channels had been erased and my device was no longer connected to my home network. I completed the setup again but when it came time to add channels it wouldn't let me add any. I though it could be a memory issue so I bought a micro SD card but I still get the same message, "Channel install failed. Could not add Netflix". Any suggestions?
