Can't add Seachange Client to Roku Premiere

I'm trying to install Seachange client in my Roku premiere to test my company's app, but I always get the message "The channel code provided is associated with a channel not available in your region" .

My app's description is: Seachange Client is a cutting-edge User Interface for exceptional Live, VOD, and Time-Shift TV viewing experiences for TV Operators. And I should be able to install it. According to my developers everything is in place.

Anyone has a clue to what is happening?

Thanks for the inquiry.

We would recommend contacting the channel provider to further assistance. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
