Can’t access my channels Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime

Having problems accessing Netflix and Amazon Prime. I tried deleting the channels and added it back nothing happened.

To be sure you get a complete re-install it's best to restart your Roku to clear its memory between removing the channel and re-installing it.  Did you do that?
