Can't access UMC on cell phone, have subscription

I'm on my Roku account and it says I have subscribed to UMC it also shows my payments after the 7 day free trial for 9/25 and 10/25.  I've contacted UMC who can't find an account using the email address from my Roku account, so i gave them another email that I use they still couldn't find my account.  Please how do I find the right email so I can sign in on my cell phone.  I signed up through my Roku account.

Thanks for the post.

Please be aware that if you subscribed to a channel through Roku Pay (on a Roku device), the channel provider will not be able to see your account since you didn't subscribe through the channel provider and you will only be able to access that subscription through your Roku devices.

If you want to be able to access that subscription through multiple devices, you would need to subscribe through the channel provider directly.

Please be aware that if you subscribed to a channel through Roku Pay (on a Roku device), the channel provider will not be able to see your account since you didn't subscribe through the channel provider and you will only be able to access that subscription through your Roku devices.

If you want to be able to access that subscription through multiple devices, you would need to subscribe through the channel provider directly.
