Can't access Streaming channels

Just set up the ROKU Express 4K+.  Set up a ROKU account and free trial accounts for Paramount+, Disney+, and Discovery+.  Cannot access the channels.  Keep getting a message "bad username or password."  HELP.  Have already spent the entire afternoon battling this.

First, confirm you are in the USA.

Next, did you user Roku Pay to subscribe? Or did you subscribe directly to them using a free trial coupon code (or some other voucher)?

Yes but I paid for Disney in Paramount
