To the community, I could use some verification help on this . . .
I received an email from the MLB support team (customerservice@website.mlb.com) that the Roku device that I have (Roku Ultra model 4670RW) is not supported! I'm significantly upset about this as my primary reason for having the Roku in the first place is to access my favorite team which is out of my market.
Is there anyone in community or within the Roku support team (assuming that they are monitoring the community) confirm if this is true and why that would be the case?

In general you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further regarding device compatibility. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
