I purchased Disney+ thru my Roku 4 days ago and we can't log in to it. It doesn't recognize my email and wants a password, but in order to do that I have to sign up at Disney+ and then it wants payment, which I have already paid thru the Roku.
Is there a solution to this problem someone can help me with?

As @earthmother1233 mentioned, for more information about that channel's authentication, you'll want to contact Disney+ support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

I had a problem like that when I got Verizon cell phone service that offered Disney+. I was already a Disney+ subscriber. I called and spoke with a tech from Disney+. They very quickly got it all straightened out for me so that I was no longer being double billed. Just call Disney+ and they'll get you going again. Good luck!
