Can not sign into HBO using my AT&T account???

I recently switched mobile providers from Verizon to AT&T. With AT&T I got HBO MAX. I had previously subscribed to HBO through ROKU pay. So I cancelled my subscription through ROKU pay, and tried to sign in with the new AT&T account information. It keeps prompting me to renew my subscription through ROKU? Now the strange thing is I used a totally different email account, and password that is not linked to ROKU at all, but it keeps prompting me to renew??? is there a way to sign in, or is it because it is HBO MAX subscription that it won't let me do this?

For more information about that channel's authentication and functionality, you'll want to contact AT&T support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

For more information about that channel's authentication and functionality, you'll want to contact AT&T support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
