Can not activate Openfit channel keep getting Error

I have had the Openfit channel for over a year now. Since last week, everytime I open the app, it takes me to a screen where I have to activate my account. When I hit that option, an error sign prevents me from logging in saying: something went wrong. Please try again later.

I have tried everything under the sun suggested but I still get this block. What is going on?

Try reinstalling OpenFit:

1) Remove the app (Highlight the app, press the Options (*) button on the remote, then Remove)

2) RESTART the Roku (Settings/System/System restart/Restart) <-- MUST DO THIS HERE!!!

3) Re-install the app

(Otherwise, settings/cached data associated with the app are left behind and it wont be a clean re-install)

There was an app update to 2.0.138 today 6/23 - try activating again.

Nope, once I hit the activate bar it tries to go to the next screen but error something went wrong. Please try again later. I have to hit ok and then it sends me back to activate screen

Yes I did. I am so frustrated. I wish I could speak with someone on the phone. I do not understand why after over a year of using this app, I am having this problem.

You'll need to contact OpenFit since its their app:   https://help.openfit.com/app/contactus

(it may be that your Roku 2 HD is too old for the app (11 year old model), and they are no longer supporting it - consider upgrading your Roku)
