I bought a roku express 4K+ recently and decided to gift it to my dad. We live in separate states and he’s not tech savvy so I set all of the channels up and got all the logins and preferences set before I mailed it to him. He had issues while installing it and hit the reset device. Now that it’s working all of the channels are logged out and he doesn’t think he will be able to follow my directions if I try to guide him through it. Can I use the roku website or app to see the channels and log into them remotely? So far with the app I haven’t been able to do much because it searches for a nearby roku device only.
