Cable/satellite provider

I dont have a cable/satellite provider and I want to watch a movie on lifetime but I cant unless I have cable or satellite.  Does Roku offer anything like that?

I just tried lifetime on that site, and it says you can get it as part of Frndly Basic for $6.99/mo.    (There are other choices as well but Frndly Basic is the cheapest shown.)
