Cable programming

My high speed internet and channel programming is provided Spectrum. When I turn on my ROKU and select "home" I see a Spectrum icon. When I click on it I get all the same channels as I do with my other TV that is connected to Spectrum's cable box.


My question is, if I dropped the cable programming and just kept the high speed internet, WI-FI, and telephone service, would I still be able to access the Spectrum icon and channel line up? Or is there another way to access all channels in numerical order (channel 1 thru xxx)
