CNN Live not working on the Roku

**** UPDATE PROBLEM FIXED ITSELF A HOUR AFTER I POSTED*****


Having trouble watching CNN Live on Roku. Tried updating and reinstalling still the Live CNN will load then the screen goes out. My friend lives in another town and is having the same problem. I don’t see any announcements of being down. HELP ROKU.😫

Did you do it this way?

  1. Remove the app
  2. Reboot the Roku
  3. Reinstall the app

All three steps, in that order.

Wow! They're pretty nasty for trying to get help. You answered. The correct response would be it's okay thanks anyway. I'm starting to really hate people.
