CNN GO was already activated with my Cox Cable account, yet...

I'm now getting this:

"You must sign in with your TV service provider credentials to watch live TV.  Please select a channel and follow the instructions to activate."

So I reactivated.  Got a message saying I was good to go, to watch their live feed.  But Roku still gives me the above message.  I contacted Cox and they can't do anything.
