CNBC Live no worky.... :(

Hi...I installed the CNBC app and am trying to watch CNBC live and it just stalls at the "Loading" screen.  I have subscription with ATT TV now which allowed me to enter authentication but it doesn't load now.  I have tried uninstall / reinstall with no luck.  Any ideas anyone????

Hi,

Thanks for letting us know about the issue that you are experiencing.

When you removed and reinstalled the channel, please make sure that you restart your device before reinstalling the channel.

If the issue remains unresolved, I'd recommend reaching out to the channel provider directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform is developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist.

I can't get the app to work and ATT TV now doesn't respond....

I wish I could get the app to work so I could use it....

Hi,

Thanks for the update. You would need to talk to the channel provider, in this case CNBC Live, as they will be able to provide additional support.

In the meantime, do you have a screenshot of the issue that you are experiencing? How long have you been been seeing this issue?
