CBS thinks I'm outside of country

I moved from Michigan to Arizona for the winter and took my ROKU with me.  When I tried to get on CBS All Access I got a screen that said " Due to licensing restrictions, video is not available outside your country".  As far as I know Arizona is still part of my country.  All my other ROKU channels work ok.

Did you find a resolution for this? 

I have 3 ROKU devices and they are all saying the same thing about being out of the country. CBS works fine on my Apply TV device and on my computer. It was working fine on ROKU. 

I have tried unplugging my ROKU, removing/adding the CBS app. Nothing works.
