Over a couple of weeks watching The Good Fight on CBS app the show will drop to an error screen. I have to use my CBS android mobile app to advance a minute beyond that point and then resume the episode on the Roku Ultra. I have tried pressing OK on error screen and no change. I have performed Back buttons and power resets and none will recover on Roku Ultra at point of error. Seems to consistent happen around 75% through second (or third) episode when episodes play from one into another.

Is CBS the only channel that you observe this issue with? It's possible there may be an issue within the channel itself that the service provider will need to investigate.
Try removing the CBS channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the CBS channel back once more. Does this clear up the issue you are seeing?
