Basil, I have followed your instructions and it still does not accept my sign on and takes me to a page to sign up. This is only on one Roku. I have 5 installed at the house.
I’ve had the same problem. I subscribe to CBS All Access through Amazon and it works on every TV and device except the one TV that has a Roku. This has been a constant problem which, for whatever reason, is limited to CBS All Access and Roku. I tried to troubleshoot it online and with customer service and got nowhere. I’m pretty much done with Roku.
