I can't get on to my CBS All Access channel any more. I have changed modems so the network has a new name. I can see all my other channels. On CBS it starts to load and brings me to a subscription choice page. On my computer it shows CBS All Access as current on subscription. When I try to start a new subscription on the Roku it tells me I already have an active subscription, but it won't go anywhere except the start a subscription screen. Frustrating! Any suggestions?
I’ve removed and reinstalled the cbs app several times and I go to the already a subscriber to sign in and it says my password is bad or bad username which is not I can sign in on everything else except my Roku it’s been giving me trouble ever since the Roku updated yesterday morning
I’ve had the same problem. I subscribe to CBS All Access through Amazon and it works on every TV and device except the one TV that has a Roku. This has been a constant problem which, for whatever reason, is limited to CBS All Access and Roku. I tried to troubleshoot it online and with customer service and got nowhere. I’m pretty much done with Roku.
