This worked. Thanks. They was to reboot after removing the app. Please get CBS to support using the smart phone for entering passwords. Thanks.

I have the same problem and have tried to remove the app but there isn’t even an option to remove it! It just has rating

Did you try my suggestion?

The first step is go to CBS All Access on your computer and make sure you're already logged in before you go to cbs.com/roku
