CBS All Access issues

Tried to open CBS All Access app. It had a sign in option - but the arrows wouldn’t do anything to let us choose an option. Just sounds like there should be something happening. Anyone know how to fix this?

When I launch the app, I get three options:

  • Sign up for CBS All Access

  • Already a Subscriber? Sign In

  • Browse and Watch Clips

Which one of those are you choosing? Or are you saying the UP/DOWN arrows on the Roku remote aren't working? Do they work outside that app? I assume they do, or else I'm unclear how you'd select the app to launch.
