Tried to open CBS All Access app. It had a sign in option - but the arrows wouldn’t do anything to let us choose an option. Just sounds like there should be something happening. Anyone know how to fix this?
Which one of those are you choosing? Or are you saying the UP/DOWN arrows on the Roku remote aren't working? Do they work outside that app? I assume they do, or else I'm unclear how you'd select the app to launch.
