Tried to open CBS All Access app. It had a sign in option - but the arrows wouldn’t do anything to let us choose an option. Just sounds like there should be something happening. Anyone know how to fix this?
Which one of those are you choosing? Or are you saying the UP/DOWN arrows on the Roku remote aren't working? Do they work outside that app? I assume they do, or else I'm unclear how you'd select the app to launch.

Hi. I just activated my ROKU account. I selected CBS All Access from the list as I was setting up my account. I tried signing in with my ROKU account e-mail and password and it was denied. I am obviously missing something? Does this channel require a separate set up? Are there additional fees?
btw- The TV I am using is a Samsung 4k with ROKU available on it. I am using what appears to be a ROKU express or express+.
