CBS All Access issue

CBS All Access isn't working on our Roku 3. We press the app and it takes us to a screen to choose between two payment plans. We are already members and it was working fine yesterday.

I tried to press the $5.99 plan hoping it would ask for a password but it wanted my Roku pin so it can automatically charge my credit card.

Is this a known issue? How do I resolve it?

There also has to be an option to log in (maybe it says something like "already subscribed"?)

From time to time, services may update their channels (apps) which may require you to log in again in some cases.

I have this same problem and can not get it to work. It works on all devices except Roku. Why?

If you're having trouble getting signed into that channel (app), we'd recommend contacting the channel provider's support for more help.
