CBS All Access Sign In Question

Hello. I signed up for CBS All Access. But every time I go to watch it, it requires me to sign in with an email and password. Is that normal for CBS All Access. No other channel does that. Is there a way to get around that?

It is not normal to always require a login. I logged in once and I don't remember ever having to again. I just watched the first episode of ST: Discovery Season 3 with no issues.

Thanks for the inquiry.

We would recommend trying to remove the channel, restarting the device, then adding the channel back again and logging into to see if that resolves the issue.
