CBS All Access I do not have the option to delete the channel

So CBS All Access believes I'm out of the USA.  CBS All Access customer service has no idea how to fix the issue. I keep getting the error message "due to licensing restrictions video is not available outside your country". Huh??? I live in Texas... I was going to uninstall then reinstall to see if that would solve the problem, but I have no option to remove the channel after choosing the channel and pressing the *. Yes, I know how to delete a channel. Any suggestions?
