CBC channel not streming

So I was able to install the CBC channel.  But as soon as I connect to the channel, I am offered to select one of the 14 CBC channels - no matter which channel I click, nothing streams.  Just a spinning wheel but no streaming.

Other channels are streaming but CBC isn't.

has anyone else experienced this issue.
