Bug report in Inactivity Timeout Back to Roku Home

Using the Plex channel to play music results in the inactivity timeout closing the Plex channel after a certain time (4 hours?) even though there is activity - i.e. music being played.  I have already disabled bandwidth saver which makes no difference.

I assume that this must be a bug as there is activity.  Please can you address it.
