I have Roku and Britbox subscriptions. I just purchased a new Roku TV and am trying to install Britbox. I go to Streaming Channels and then Britbox and it asks for a PIN code when I try to add it to my homescreen. I use my Roku PIN and it says invalid PIN. When I go to my Roku account online, it shows that Britbox is installed but I cannot download the app to the new TV (it is on two other TVs that I own). What do I do?
