BritBox Subscription not active on all Roku devices

I have an active BritBox subscription. I can access the channel on my two Roku tv’s, but, when I sign in to BritBox on my older tv with Roku Ultra, it logs me in, but asks me to start another subscription.  Why is this happening? I should not be required to start another subscription when I already have one.  

I have tried restarting the Roku Ultra, even doing a factory reset did not help.  And, when I select the BritBox icon and press *, there is no option listed to “remove” the channel.  Please help.  Roku Ultra (4660, 4661, 4662 series)

For more information about that channel's account authentication you'll want to contact BritBox support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
